Sasa Yoga

Saturn in own sign or exalted, in a kendra. Discipline, longevity, mastery.

Classical reading

One of the Pancha Mahapurusha. Forms when Saturn occupies its own signs (Capricorn, Aquarius) or its exaltation (Libra) in a kendra. Classical reading: structural authority, longevity, discipline, mastery through perseverance, and a serious dignity that commands respect later in life. Sasa (the rabbit/hare) carries a mythic association with the Moon's shadow and Saturn's slow patience.
